A year after leaving the French Ligue 2 club Sochaux, it is exactly in the same club of the same league that Teikeu will evolve this season.

He initiated a contract on Monday linking him for the next season with the team whose armband he wore two years ago. This agreement also includes an option that can be exercised for a period of one year.

After successfully completing the medical check-up, he will wear shirt number 4 — the same shirt he wore during his first stay at the club.

When he arrived at FC Sochaux-Montbéliard in August 2015, Adolphe Teikeu was launched on 18 September by the Daf-Hély duo who is acting on the Sochaux bench. The Cameroon international , becomes captain and extends his contract a few months later.

Teikeu, who became Cameroon international during his first stay in Sochaux, won the Africa Cup of Nations in the winter of 2017.

He played 84 official matches and scored 5 goals in his three Sochaux seasons, from 2015 to 2018, then joined the Ohod Al Madina Al Munawara Club in Saudi Arabia last summer.
